Job requirements

• 1、Have more than three years of design experience in exhibition company and those who have hand drawing skills are preferred;

Sales Representative

Job descriptions

• 1、Develop clients through telephone based on information provided by the Company;

Project Manager

Job descriptions

• 1、Work out and adjust the operation scheme of activities as required by clients, and carry out work in the preliminary stage, on-site and later period;
• 2、Be able to reasonably and accurately grasp clients' demands and work out competitive proposals for various activities;
• 3、Transform planning schemes into specific action plans, refine the implementation process and provide execution mode with the optimal cost performance;
• 4、Keep timely communication with clients at different stages, maintain a good relationship with them, accurately know about and analyze clients' demands in a timely manner, work out relevant programs, and immediately and effectively solve client relation crisis if any;
• 5、Reasonably use the Company's existing client and supplier resources, work out project budget and cost management, seek for the optimal cost performance and guarantee the offer of high standard services;
• 6、Take charge of the coordination and communication with relevant cooperative suppliers;
• 7、Take charge of the specific implementation of work in the preliminary stage, as well as the implementation and operation on the site of activity;
• 8、Work out and prepare documents and quotations for activities;
• 9、Purchase, collect and classify materials for activities;

Job requirements

• 2、Have comprehensive abilities on project coordination, planning, implementation, training, copywriting and team management, as well as good professional quality;
• 3、Those who have experience in conference and exhibition industry are preferred;
• 4、Have a sharp market insight and strong market development, sales and follow-up service ability;
• 5、Be able to work under pressure and adapt to frequent travels.

Assistant Account Executive

Job descriptions

• 1、Search information about potential clients, screen and follow up them, negotiate and sign contract with them;
• 2、Cooperate with the designer to work out design drawings as required by clients;
• 3、Follow up the monitoring of engineering project;
• 4、Maintain long-term customer relations, coordinate project implementation of signed clients and guarantee customer satisfaction;
• 5、Accomplish sales task assigned and guarantee payment.

Job requirements

• 1、No requirement for major and more than one year of work experience;
• 2、Have enthusiasm and passion for the exhibition industry, as well as coordination and management capability.

Priority conditions: (those who have the following skills will be preferred)

• 1、Have experience on brand promotion, advertising campaign, exhibition or exhibition stand design or setup, decoration of exclusive shop, design or decoration project of museum, activity planning or activity operation;
• 2、Have hand drawing skills and AI/CDR/3D/PS software editing capability;
• 3、Have client resources or government resources for exhibition;
• 4、Be familiar with editing of PPT, Excel and Word, have English foundation and experience on copywriting and planning;
• 5、Have work experience in the advertising and exhibition industry;
